Last week you guys LOVED my post on healthy breakfast muffins. I have been loving baking and cooking more for the boys. Seriously, taking my blog day by day and not MAKING it my priority I’ve spent so much more time cooking, baking, gardening, just relaxing. I have been amazed with myself 🙂 I’m usually not into the Suzy Homemaker stuff but when I allow myself to get into it I truly do enjoy it. Feeding my family nutritious, delicious foods makes me feel happy. Digging in the dirt, planting fall vegetables, and transplanting perennials to make our home more beautiful makes me feel happy. Sharing this with you all makes me feel happy!
You know what doesn’t make me happy? When I struggle to get my boys to eat healthy fruits, veggies, and snacks! UHHH, these boys used to eat anything I put in front of them. Veggies were never a problem. Meat never a problem. Nothing then bam over night they turned into those picky toddlers I’ve read about from so many other moms. Talk about frustrating. Health geek mom (AKA me) can’t get her own kids (and maybe hubby 😉 ) to eat the good stuff….ahhh! So I have reached out to many of my healthy living blogger friends for their best recipes for kids, toddlers (husbands 😉 ). I am so happy to share them all with you!
