Training and Nutrition Plan
I want to help you gain strength, confidence, and endurance in the comfort of your home by offering a challenging program using high intensity interval training, body weight moves, and weight training. The only equipment you truly need is a set of light dumbbells and a set of medium/heavy dumbbells. You might find it helpful to have a treadmill or other piece of cardio machinery but not truly needed. You will have sprint workouts 3-4 times throughout the month but they can be down outside or on any type of cardio training equipment (bike, row, elliptical, treadmill, etc).
The workouts will range in length from 25-45 minutes a day never exceeding that 45 minute mark as it is my goal to maximize your workout time. Your PDF will include printable workout pages and within each page you can click on the workout to be taken directly to a video demonstration. In these videos I will show you how to perform each exercise and provide modifications where applicable.
In addition to the workouts you will receive DAILY EMAILS from me with motivation, fitness tips, nutrition tips, and much more. These daily emails are meant to help remind you of your goals and to also remind you that I am here for you every step of your boot camp. You can always reach out to me throughout the program with questions via email and when needed via text message.
And one brand new feature I am adding to the boot camp program you will receive two zoom web calls, Facebook screen times, or phone calls with me. In these consultations we talk about any fitness, nutrition, and life balance questions you might have. We can focus on your next steps, we can focus on challenges you face, any questions you have I am here for you! This consultation will be scheduled during your boot camp and will be up to one hour in length.
You will receive a nutritional guidelines document. This will help to guide you in improving your relationship with food without calorie counting, macro counting, or starvation. My approach to food is extremely holistic and meant to make you LOVE food more than you already do! I will also send you a grocery shopping list with a wide variety of healthy foods to make up great dishes as you go throughout the month and beyond!
