Online Boot Camp Programs
August 2016 Online Bootcamp
Length – 30 days or 60 days (currently I am only offering 30 day program starting August 15th!)

Equipment needed – light dumbbells and medium/heavy dumbbells
Workout details – 25 -45 minutes in length, 6 workouts a week with 1 rest day, most if not all workouts will come with a video demonstration, each workout will include a printable workout plan
Fitness level required – my bootcamps are challenging but for all workouts I do provide 2 levels of modifications so all moves can be down low/no impact and many can be taken down to meet all fitness levels. If you have a specific concern, I am happy to discuss this with you one on one.
Support provided – I will provide support, motivation, tips, and accountability throughout your boot camp. I check in with clients via email, text, or phone call nearly every day.
